I was searching for a long time for what my family called "the perfect golden retriever". My family would tease me and say that Mom was looking for "the perfect golden". They resigned to the thought that I would never find just the right one.

I visited Milano Kennels' website. I saw the photos of the dogs and immediately checked to see when there would be puppies. There were two puppies available. Immediately I emailed Gianfranco. He was very prompt at returning my email. After many emails and long telephone conversations a time was arranged that we could pick Maple up at Milano Kennels in Levis, Quebec.

From the moment that I met Maple I knew that she was "the perfect golden retriever". She is gentle and loving and a wonderful companion. She has gone through obedience classes and has learned quickly. We are constantly told by people that she is a beautiful dog and we are then asked where did we ever find her. Even though reason tells us that dogs cannot verbally communicate with humans, Maple has eyes that can tell a thousand stories and melt your heart at the same time.

Milano Kennels and Gianfranco provided us with both a wonderful dog and a great family member. Thank you Gianfranco.
